Hobsonville Realty Ltd was founded in 1989.
The company is still owned and operated by its founder David Cattanach from its original site at 1 Wiseley Road, Hobsonville. 

Hobsonville Realty has now expanded to be the first real estate business operating out of Westgate Shopping Centre (this office is inclusive of an extensive Property Management division), and also has a lovely boutique office in Greenhithe village. 

The company has been a constant award winner at Harcourts national conferences year after year and prides itself in the longevity of its staff, many of whom have been in the organisation well over ten years. 

Its reputation as a results driven company in its market place is second to none.
